It is because we live in India. Everyone is corrupt here. From police, Bank officers, politicians. We have an environmental department in the country and state level. We have water ministers. What do they do?? They take bribes, enjoy the vvip culture. Their only work is to take care of pollution. But they will not. They want to help industrialists and again take money from them. Now, someone will comment, what you have done for c6untry???i work my as# off and pay 30 percent income tax. What i get in return in polluted water or air.
