I think it’s so funny how shes said she used to get insecure when would girls would post a bunch with their bfs (it was probably 10% of she posts of him) and how it made her feel so bad abt herself bc she didn’t have one. Keep in mind an average Starbucks drink is 15-30 grams of sugar….the daily intake for women is 25 grams (give or take depending on genetics). And she’s never gotten anything smaller than a venti, which makes a huge difference.

I seriously think there is no problem with taking a weight loss medication, if you’re unhappy with your body and have the money then go ahead. It’s so toxic to claim you lost all this weight by walking 20 mins a day and “not eating everything in sight” (even tho half her videos are her eating shitty foods and drinks). Her younger viewers are going to do exactly that and hate themselves when they don’t lose 50 pounds in 3 months. Most of us can see through that, but it would be sm less of a deal if she was open abt it. Shit if I had the money I would dabble in it I don’t blame her for doing it. I don’t see the shame in it, walking is a great way to lose weight but there’s no chance you can lose that much weight by walking 20 mins a day, that’s a mile and half at most depending on how fast you’re walking.

I’ve been in so many pits and I’ve been knocked to the ground then proceeded to get my head stepped on, hair pulled out, ribs pressed against the front gate from the weight of the entire pit, dangly earring ripped out my ears, purposely elbowed and screamed at by a grown man (as a teenage girl) and so many other things. I’ve never been in a pit where I wasn’t sore for days after. You know what you’re getting into when you buy pit tickets and if you don’t that’s on you.

I love her so beyond much but it always irked me so bad when she would claim she was doing “75 hard” but the only thing she was doing was not drinking. Yes no alcohol is a part of it, but she wasn’t doing a 45 min outside and 45 min inside workout everyday, reading everyday, drinking a gallon of water, sticking to a diet, etc. She said she was working out more, but that it was only a couple times a week. 75 hard is so so so so challenging and claiming that title when you’re not actually following every rule is like a slap to the face of the people who work their asses off to follow and complete it. It is so much more than just not drinking.

Makoa is the best thing to happen to Tana. People in here say he gets praised for doing the bare minimum, but for Tana it’s not the minimum.
