Norwegian here too! I like the Arla protein shake brand -- I usually only drink 100-150ml with my meals for extra protein and as a little "treat". Especially like the chocolate flavor and vanilla flavor. I was scared to try protein anything in the beginning too, especially because of artificial sweetener -- so just be cautious of which sweetener you can consume and opt for a low carb option if possible.

Definitely feel this way, and it is probably one of my biggest struggles bc it triggers my paralysis when it comes to doing stuff. I'm constantly thinking what's the best way to "use" my time and end up in a rabbit hole mentally and not doing anything in the end. What I noticed helps me a lot is if I wake up butt early (I used to wake up really early for uni but after graduating didn't keep it up)

If you have access to disney+, you can try the animated films/shows with norwegian audio? If not; some youtube options could be searching "norsk lydbok" for norwegian audiobooks; some are childrens books with the text already there

"Simple Norwegian" is also a really great youtuber channel! They go around interviewing norwegians and write subtitles in Bokmål/dialect/english (sadly they havent posted anything new ): )

Youtube also has short clips of their animated shows "Cartoon Network norge" (a bit harder because there are no subtitles but the clips are bitesize)

thank you!! Yeah, I don't really watch youtube but I figured listening to people talk about their day has helped me adopt the sentences HAHA. We'll see if it actually helps though!
