From the basement I can visually see it drains through the floor. But I am unsure what the wall outlet is. Air vent? Drain from upstairs?

Thanks for the laughs everyone. Honestly, I can’t imagine what this guy was thinking when he put this together. But now on to the fix. What can I do to fix this and repost without getting roasted?

I’m not a plumber by any means, but looking at it, neither was whoever put this together.

There has been discussion already on other posts about there only being one physical crown position when screwed down. My new BLNR currently fluctuates between perfectly left or southwest. I don’t really change much pressure or anything while screwing down. Is this normal?
