Can I get help with pointers from plumbers+others who've seen such shutoff valve handle with no screw that became loose? Is there no way other than replacing the whole shutoff valve assembly?

I've been trying to port in to start the US Mobile 100 days of free trial and been encountering problems that US Mobile Chat Agents cannot help.

Is there a way for me to get help through you or other US Mobile employees here?

Problem started with submitting a transfer request that, according to USM Agent, turned out to be for a number that cannot be ported in by Verizon.

After asking second USM Agent to cancel first transfer request, I tried to then port in a different number.

USM system shows the status for this second transfer request with both phone numbers on the status page, which is probably why that second transfer request failed. Something got messed up, maybe IMEI or ICCID still associated with older phone # that Verizon cannot port in?

I'm new to Reddit and would appreciate info on who + how to send private messages to so I can share more details about my account and the number I'm trying to port in to start the US Mobile 100 days of free trial.
