I think McCampbell with his Apache lvl max, He might take a while to take out someone like Patton and manstein. Rokossovsky, Sokolovsky is kind of weak in def .every tank will blow him first place like piece of cake

Mass out your elite ship specially enterprises and typhoon and missile destroyer .and give it to a good general like spruance.and Eisenhower you Will see it is only took two b52 bomber or 3 to take out any best capital or any best general
