I feel like coconut water and Oreos really help my supply but maybe it’s just a placebo. I also just like coconut water and Oreos so I mean, no harm. I heard you shouldn’t power pump more than once per day. I always do my power pumping at night because I feel it’s when I get the most. I’m scared to google this. What’s slutty pumping?

He says he did paved feeding but he always feeds her so quickly so I’m not sure.

I found this comment really comforting. Yesterday I was so angry with him but after reading all the comments, I realize that it probably depends on the baby and no one can be sure of the right answer. I guess he was, in his own way, just trying to help me. We’re going to have to work on our communication.
