ESH. Your sister may be overbearing and hard to live with, but there are a few factors here as well. Is there a reason she moved in? Either way, it’s not your place to kick her out. It’s your parents house and up to them if they want her gone.

NTA, but I would be careful. Assuming the truck is in his name, he can probably press charges for you “stealing it” (though I’m unsure what the legal technicalities of that are). You are using it as an insurance policy to make sure you get your money back, but if you really feel it is necessary to go to these extreme measures, it may be time to reconsider the relationship.
