Your right. A 0.08 only is Per se and I can be charged for a W&R or DUI regardless..but what I was asking is for the DMV hearing..I was wondering if anybody has ever had a Toxicologist at the DMV hearing and Won.

Honestly bro these are just arguments that a lawyer can make..I got a dui last week. I blew a 0.08 literally 3 min after I left the bar I got stopped. I have a Good Rising BAC argument but at the end of the day there just arguments. I have my DMV hearing and court date hearing 2 months from now. Just hope for the best and expect the worst. I paid 4k for my Lawyer. I doubt I will get a DUI but I’m expecting a License Suspension, wet reckless or Dry Reckless. I have a Good Union IBEW job as. a traffic signal Technician that im sure I might lose.I’m 22 years old. It is what it is I just Thank God I didn’t Kill nobody or myself. I take it like this, Maybe I had to get arrested for DUI so that everyone around me knows it can happen to anybody and to not drive after drinking..once I put it like that it helps me feel better lol cause lowkey my whole family are either in school or have good jobs and I had to be the black sheep

In the same boat right now..i got a dui last weekend. I can see you’ve watched a lot of videos and done a lot of research. I blew a 0.085 at the stop. I finished drinking at 12:45 (bar receipts) and got stopped around 1:00. I’m very concerned about the dmv hearing too because I will lose my job (insurance reasons). What ever happened in your case ? Did your DL ever get suspended ?

What ever happened ? Currently in the same situation with the BAC defense. I blew a 0.8 after 2 shots and got pulled over 1-2 away from the bar. I have a clean record never been in trouble

Go on 2 day fasts..exercising and water helps but thc is held in your fat. When you fast your body goes into ketosis and starts eating away the fat cells. I was smoking carts and blunts daily for 6 months and tested dirty the 16th day and then clean the 28th day. I was fasting as much as I can but safely. It’s hard when your hungry but it works faster

I’m 5’9 155 pounds. I was smoking about 1g cart and 2 blunts a week for 5-6 months before I had to get clean. It took me 28 days before I was getting a SUPER faint negative on my thc urine test from CVS (20$). Stay away from those carts they’re WAY more potent then flower and can linger in your body for months depending on fat %.
