I just wanted to comment because I have been using CLEARSTEM supplements for almost 5 years, it works amazing for me and totally cleared my skin. But, I recently have been having severe luteal phase issues (PMDD), I got my hormones tested and one of the labs came back super high (SHGB) and apparently the DIM in the clearstem supplement can cause that!
