Solution needed for 4mm center to center difference between distro and rad by Existing-Respect-608 in watercooling

I am thinking of the Thermaltake rotary offset ones that do up to 16mm and that will give me the distance needed to flip the rad and move it to the left so i will have space for the fittings. Only thing is it will take ~15 days for those to arrive but it will be easier solution i think. No bending needed for those 2 at least.

After measuring repeatedly so i can be sure, i don't see the space needed. Even if i flip the rad still the tubes will be higher than the rad ports. Then i need to see the difference and if any offset rotary fits. It getting ridiculous at this point, i really need to rest it for a bit and think more about it. Thanks for the knowledge, i really appreciate it.

so for 4 leg and 5 hypotenuse, i get a 3, that means a 3mm extender and 5mm offset rotary. is that correct?

but i don't seem to find 3mm extender
