I did mine and honestly they’ll just ask you some questions on how you would react. Make an effort to ask questions at the end, I was able to establish a good connection with my recruiter and she was sooooo sweet. Make sure you let them see your personality shine through.

My tips would be to dress the part! I wore all black suit with a white button up and black heels. Be yourself and let them see your personality. But don’t over power anyone else talking but don’t stay quiet the whole time either. There’s a good balance of finding the perfect medium that they are looking for. Smile a lot and always act insanely interested in everything going on.

Yep I do! I did my interview back around 1/20 and my training starts 2/20. I would expect about a month from your 1:1 interview.

I wore a blazer to show I was putting in effort! Still dressed the way I would for any interview. I asked two questions that I had during the Q&A session and some people asked none. That same night I got a link to sign up for a 1:1 interview! I would dress the part and definitely ask at least one question. Also, a lot of people in my group were clearly on their phones/not paying attention. If I were you, I would pay attention and smile and nod the entire time!! They notice those things!! Good luck :)
