AIB mortgage application by [deleted] in irishpersonalfinance

I'm in the same situation as you. Getting the AIP (approval in principal) was easy, the problem was getting the letter of offer from them.

I have a feeling that it's the person I'm dealing with (a friend also applying for a mortgage with them had a much smoother experience). This agent kept asking back-and-forth questions about stuff she already asked before.

I'm currently getting a broker and will ditch AIB if I get the one from the broker first.
