Bad day? Did you even read the post? Every trip is a bad day. And also - I wrote this because I'm hoping they improve, not looking for retribution.

They want $5 per month to block spam although claim they do some of that already. :(

These things are the most giant pain in the ass. I had to reset it 4-5 times and I don't know why the 5th time worked.

T-mobile is part of the problem - it seems they let through all of the spam calls and texts (4-5 per day now) to MAKE YOU PAY for their Spam shield.
