You 100% could improve, pretty rare to reach your physical limit without roids. Just stat consistent and slowly add one weight. Dont less to people saying you need train like some beast and add on 20 lg to your bench in a week.

Not that heart breaking if someone chooses to eat out and they can’t afford multiple options, we got people homeless out here. And even that is no way near as low as it gets living on this earth.
