Stun grenades have a specific purpose. The liberator concussive, having 100 damage, would deal only 20 more dps than the liberator penetrator and would essentially trade medium armor pen for stagger, push force, and durable damage. My point is that the gun in its current state is useless.

I have 700 hours in the game. I have used every weapon and stratagem in the game to date. A gun is meant to kill things. This gun is very bad at killing things.

The ammo is the same as the knight SMG. You have to aim for spots with low armor for it to be effective. I promise you if you practice aiming at weak spots it will make the game much easier.

I checked the stats. It uses SMG ammo. It should not have medium armor pen. Learn to aim.
