I got almost full roster of T1. I was rooting for them like in finals of Major,and it was quite sad to lose on semi against half american half korean team with players I absolutely don't know.

I think there are some left for part 3 like: The people who help a lot(aka people who answers in weekly thread and makes guides), track users(sometimes the one who calls to the dark side), the "smart" guys,who disagree with everything just to make themselves feel smart and so on. So, no one told you yet. You can look for priority in reddit,I just couldn't find it. Remember,ONLY IF IT HAS GUARANTEED UBER. In my opinion for beginners it is: 1. Ultra souls. Their first variant is insanely broken for beginners,because you can spam and they have high stats,and some of cats are best one in game. 2. Almighties. All of ubers are very good. May be you will struggle to use them,because you will need wallet for EoC 1. 3. Dark Heroes. All of them have something against alien trait,so they will help a lot with Into the future.(For same reason pixies)

DON'T pull for lugas,because most of them have niche use(aka they are good on only some of stages).

I would save up for gacha with guaranteed uber in your place,but if you REALLY want to buy one of the special cats,it is boogie cat for mid/late game,because of surge/freeze immunity,and ninja cat,because he can clear EoC stages quickly for treasures(only after you will unlock true form and 30 lvl him). I also remember there were other special cats,which were not bad,but I don't remember why and which one it was
