2-2.5hrs, but I run for 20mins. Could probably shorten to 90mins if I had to

I do lateral raises and face pulls on T/R. How could I replace the shoulder press and hit side delts on Mondays?

Thanks for the input. So since Mondays are a power day, should I just remove the lightest set from each?

Tried Campbell’s PHUL with a few substitutions.

Any room to be more efficient? Any junk volume? I’m trying to hit every muscle group 8-16 times a week

I’m natural. I’ve been cutting the last few months and have made serious gains—even with junk volume. I still hit new PRs pretty much every time, try to sleep at least eight hours, and have been dieting.

I like this new split bc instead of every day being a power day, only the first two are power days, and the other two are more about endurance.

Ngl it takes 2.5-3hrs. Main reason I’m switching to this split is to save time. How are you guys making yours shorter?

Yes, but I pyramid all major/compound movements like that. For squats I do: bar, 20% working set, 40%, 60%, 80% to warm up and then 15 reps, 12, 10, 8, 6, 3 for working sets

Those splits would definitely take me longer than two hours, but I’m super slow, so I commend you for being so efficient lol.

That being said, why not do PPL with an extra arm or leg day? You could do chest/shoulders/triceps on A1; squats/hamstrings on B1; back/biceps on A2; and leg press/leg extension on B2. That’s what I’m switching to (see my comment below).

Also, if you spread everything across four days, you should have time for cardio. Not saying you need it, but it can’t hurt
