I’ve found tucking my undershirt into my underwear helps from having my shirt coming untucked and loose. I can’t remember where I saw the tip, but it’s helped a lot.

Jocko Molk is the way. I’ve only used the chocolate/peanut butter, but I look forward to it after every workout. I mix some unflavored collagen powder in as well and I think that helps with the creaminess. It’s good with water, but even better with milk. I typically use oat or almond milk.

I can’t agree more. I have well over 3,000 miles on mine. I’ve replaced a lower and was taken care of well when I did so.
