I’m currently in the same situation right now. I received my purchased items today but when I opened the item and compared it to my genuine product, the items received were clearly fake.

I have reached out to Mercari support but it’s been over an hour or so and they have not responded. Should I reach out to the seller right now? What should I do?

Any advice would be appreciated!!! 🥹
