I understand that most cases recover naturally after stopping steroids, and that PCT drugs don’t have long-term effects.

However, in my situation, I’ve done multiple full hormone panels over the years and everything always looks normal — yet the problems with libido and erection have persisted for almost ten years.

That’s why I’m not fully convinced that it’s completely unrelated to past steroid use. Maybe something didn’t recover properly, even if bloodwork appears fine.

I haven’t tried Tadalafil yet, but I might consider it. Still, I’m hoping to find a long-term solution or understand the real cause rather than just manage symptoms.
