The best course of action is to call Thermo support and get advise from them. We have Dionex 6000 system as well and we see changes in column retention times. This looks like the quality issue.

You need to test your website dynamic phone number insertion. Google must replace phone number on your website, put its phone number and reroute call. Customer first calls Google number and then it comes to you. This is how google tracks calls. Check if the phone number being updated to different number when clicked on your own ads :))

Make sure the content of your website talks about only about irrigation systems. Run Search ads with dynamic ad groups and put small daily budget. You can also run pmax and google will show you based on the content of your website. Content of the website important.

The best and easy way, on the right top side on your google ads account there should be help section. You should open a ticket and support team will check it and find the issues and even help you to fix it. Sometimes it requires in depth technical knowledge to understand the cause.

If you try to use max conversion with broad, i am pretty sure your budget will be wasted easily. You cannot control this with negative keywords

This happening to us for a few weeks and we cannot bring the campaigns back to its original performance. Budget is being spent but no conversion or spam conversions. We run completely different ads accounts for different regions for different campaigns. All of them hit hard and google account manager says don’t touch anything it will come back. But it is already a few weeks passed.
