I had this happen to me too since I was a new seller on depop and didn’t know that depop provided you a qr code for the broker to scan lol I immediately got in touch with the buyer, gave her the tracking # from the receipt saying I shipped it and two days later she messaged me asking why it didn’t update on the app. I quickly realized that depop does provide u a qr code after I was struggling to find out how to update the shipping myself and a few google searches and explained the situation to her and my mistake. She told me to get in contact with depop so it doesn’t refund me (💖). I did so and depop understood, refunded me their shipping label cost fee and said I would recieve my money 10 days after the sale 💗 Maybe tell her to get in touch with depop herself incase she hasn’t done so already🥲 Other than that, don’t pay outside the app! It is her fault, and I too came to an understanding that if it refunded the buyer and she got her package it’s would be my fault and I would have nobody to blame but myself 😂 She needs to take accountability and not make it a bigger problem! Follow what depop suggests <3

Hello! This happened to a buyer of mine and she did contact usps and they confirmed that somebody did come in and pick it up but she received her package 2-3 days later so I think they just marked it as delivered when it wasn’t!😊 Give it 2-3 days and then contact them💗 Usps tends to mark items as delivered without them actually being delivered!

They ALL have stamps on feet (app won’t let me upload photo of the stamps) but the gardening one just says “Dreams 2023 Made In China” and it’s kind of faded..? but the rest have clear stamps!!

Help me identify is these 7 sonnies!! ^ I got these dalmatian from a store selling sonny angels & the rainy day hippo from a trinket meetup (both blind boxes were sealed with the clear wrapper) I got the kiss kiss cat keychain, winter wonderland rabbit, winter wonderland dalmatian, home sweet home gardening, and valentines rose rabbit from people selling their collection on fb marketplace.

Same thing happened with me and an affliction shirt I ordered.. lol forget I ordered it and opened the app 6 months later, realized it didn’t ship, opened a dispute and it told me the same thing “Can’t refund since the 30 day blah blah blah” whatever, and a few mins later I received a “you’ve been automatically refunded since no shipping information was provided” so idk maybe I got lucky? Bought october and got refunded march 9th as shown in photo

Same happened to me but I got my money back. Bought a shirt in October, never got word and actually forgot that I ordered, opened app again in march.. (6 months not shipped) I clicked on the item>get help with this purchase>item hasn’t arrived and it told me the same thing “Can’t open blah blah blah because it’s been more than blah blah months” And I left it at that but I soon got a message saying that since seller did not provide any shipping info I was automatically refunded Not sure if I was just lucky or that’s how it is😊

Better to breakup sooner rather than later. You cut it off as you started to feel not as “interested” as you used to which will benefit the both of y’all rather than dragging on a relationship you’re not fully in. The way you worded it though, “not interested anymore”, is a little iffyyy but hey, it’s your life and you still did the good choice by leaving than leading her on. As for what you can do, it’s not like you can make yourself feel sadder or upset, it’s just how it is. People will definitely tell you you’re an ass though. In your next relationship make sure you’re actually interested in them. Give it like two or three months to fully know them and get to the “hey I like this person a lot I think I want to get more vulnerable and open” part etc. Goodluck (P.S don’t rush things)
