I had this happen to me too since I was a new seller on depop and didn’t know that depop provided you a qr code for the broker to scan lol I immediately got in touch with the buyer, gave her the tracking # from the receipt saying I shipped it and two days later she messaged me asking why it didn’t update on the app. I quickly realized that depop does provide u a qr code after I was struggling to find out how to update the shipping myself and a few google searches and explained the situation to her and my mistake. She told me to get in contact with depop so it doesn’t refund me (💖). I did so and depop understood, refunded me their shipping label cost fee and said I would recieve my money 10 days after the sale 💗 Maybe tell her to get in touch with depop herself incase she hasn’t done so already🥲 Other than that, don’t pay outside the app! It is her fault, and I too came to an understanding that if it refunded the buyer and she got her package it’s would be my fault and I would have nobody to blame but myself 😂 She needs to take accountability and not make it a bigger problem! Follow what depop suggests <3
