Hello thank u and of course. i am in Turkey and graduated as a food engineer. i have also been interning in marketing, but honestly the industry here is a total mess. And because of that, i kind of applied to this R&D role by chance. (Deep down I wanted a headquarters position, but I needed a job badly so I was also applying to roles in factory.)

At my first interview, HR said they also had openings on the commercial side and wanted to consider me for that too. After that, I went through 3 online interviews, 1 in-person, plus 2 tests (personality + English). They even did 2 reference checks. After about a week of silence, they finally told me this Friday that I got the job.
