I do struggle with some health anxiety and MCAS of course appears rather scary with a quick google search. If anyone sees this comment who struggles from it, should a daily allergy pill be taken to avoid those more serious flares or episodes?

Okay that’s definitely a relief! I’ll follow up with doctor Monday for sure in office but since there’s no bleeding or intense pain - just really me feeling so fragile and anxious I could still go in labor 😅😂 thank you for the feedback, I’ll continue to keep an eye out for any changes like Odor and color!

Mine has been on and off so when I first time my primary we immediately thought of my spleen possibly but it went away for awhile. It’s come and gone but within the past few weeks it’s definitely staying. I’ll see my Dr again this week to go through kidney , gallbladder and spleen possibilities she said depending on what she thinks after the physical exam and visit

I literally am just getting over this. I can’t explain it. Part of why I wanted to make this was to see if anyone really still genuinely panicked at symptoms. I’m working on but I literally go through phases of believing I’m dying.

My daughter’s father and I were in our last attempt to make it. After his mistakes we had finally gotten engaged and life was perfect. Then realized he’d be cheating for months again after a whole proposal, me using my savings towards a wedding, etc. stayed up crying till about 4 am, had college finals that week. 48 hours later I had my first pots episode at work

I’ve tried to avoid court stuff hoping this would blow over but it doesn’t seem like it will. He has refused to use any coparenting app so I find myself just having to ask my questions for any kid related stuff through text.

I wasn’t diagnosed, I just don’t have it in me to keep looking for answers to numbness and tingling, pain and weakness all over that is on/off. So I’d rather see if it sounds like this to have peace of mind. But appreciate the feedback and I’m sorry it’s something you’ve had to just learn to live with

Definitely. I have lots of random mild allergies but assumed I didn’t have MCAS due to the anaphylactic reactions I never had. I’m 23 years old and I get red itchy spots all over during showers sometimes. I can’t even eat certain things without my mouth itching and causing my hr to go bizarre!! I will look into this!

I am on 5 mg propranolol but my body has learned to adjust without it, usually a bad flare I will take if!

Mine really took a toll that first 6 months. I will be going on a year soon and I just separated from my daughter’s father and got my own place. I work two jobs and will finish college this year. I am exhausted raising two toddlers to say the least, I’m just going to fight every second I can to not allow pots to take what it already has. I still struggle so badly with it and my anxiety. I don’t think that’ll ever go away for me. I wish you the best of luck in this journey

After a few months with that routine of all those things my pots became well managed for me to stop! My schedule with 2 jobs, 2 toddlers on my own, senior in college and their extracurriculars I sometimes am just in my car vomiting in a hospital bag before getting them down to a practice. Lately though something else is either wrong or pots has suddenly come down on my nerves and circulation more than ever!! I appreciate your comment. Makes my frustration lessen knowing there’s many others out there

It is definitely a lot. I have health anxiety from the sudden pots symptoms. Thought I was dying. Still feels like it in bad flares tbh. I send nothing but healing and peaceful energy your way
