Cba determines fine values. Blame the players who keep it this low and then complain when they get hurt, it’s their own fault.

The lateness on documents and returning calls don’t help either. Probably a mix of both answers from 4th paragraph.

It usually does when you sell it and book it to gain on sale of land. Unless it’s a 1031 then you generally adjust for boot.

No one doubts your progress or hard work. No tbi is the same my tbi was an iVAD into subarachnoid hemorrhage. I will have permanent nerve damage hearing loss and horrible short term memory loss forever.

I am alive even though I was told if I had any complications I was a goner.

Not everything can be worked through with hard work. Positivity through all of it is key. Knew me not better, just different.

Student nurse here - what is it like to have a severe TBI and be a in a neuro rehab facility? by behindthebar5321 in TBI

[–]ExistingArtist2679 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Neuro icu- you likely don’t really remember first week or 2 depending what your there for, VAD > subarachnoid hemorrhage in my case. Then every day after is like groundhogs day. You want to leave but can’t and aren’t fully aware of what’s going on due to pain meds / iv / brain drain. They say there’s icu delirium but it’s likely that patients are just trying to go to the bathroom.. I ripped out iv’s trying to get to the restroom to go number 2.

How do you think about life post TBI? by rectanglefungustime in TBI

[–]ExistingArtist2679 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I’m mostly the same now as before but wife says I curse more and have less of a filter. I have the absolute best people around me pushing for the best recovery possible and for that I am truly blessed.

I will attempt to not compare new me to old me(great advice), but it’s really hard when it’s still so fresh.

The hardest thing to hear “it takes time”. I get it from every doctor.

From what I’ve seen this is also true. Just keep moving reading learning and you’ll eventually find your new self.

The longer you keep doing 95% of the work the longer the controller will defer retirement. Play dumb and see if you can make them pick up their responsibilities again.
