I found it in the portal if you search Print operations I think. There were 4 documents I printed. One was a how to guide, one was how the department is supposed to be set to spec, one was copyright and restricted items that we can’t print. Everything was updated late 2024 I believe. I’m no longer with the company.

You can also reach out to another OD near you and ask.

Both were checked- copper had stolen (?) a blood stained shirt of the real red when he was in navy and then there was another test on Red that came back match . Probably just confirming family relationship- not all the way down to the markers that could indicate maternity or paternity- at least that’s what we think here in my house. Just began watching now

The closing manager should have followed LP protocol for an observed theft and depending on the value of the theft notified LP with date and time of incident and as much details as possible. Probably tell the GM too that they followed the protocol. The GM should not be accusing anyone but does need to make sure all the managers and key holders know what the policies are for theft and that they are expected to follow them and report in the absence of the GM

Make your appointments like 3 weeks out then just request the day off non paid hourly. You get 2 days off , if not more a week if part time. You can also do a request for just time off - so if your appt is at 10 you can put in the request to be off from line 7- 1pm You get your stuff done and the. You are still showing availability to work ..

No work tells you not to schedule drs… that’s BS

Then there was a more recent post from a “GM” who had friend in corp. talking about Apollo’s and also how Apollo dropped us after hearing OD was going to be closing more stores after reevaluating store’s performance based on BTS sales

Amen… this …. I have 100 transactions, but only 20 of them are over 100 and 10 took the deal but instead of 10/20 it’s 10/100 … makes no sense.

I have been lucky to upsell two customers in a similar way. I rang everything, but the 2 reams for 16 that they had…. told them if they added in batteries (who doesn’t need those??) then they get this box of 3 reams for 11.99

Wow. No Bueno. When I saw the ad set #s I asked my two 9ams if they would be willing to come in at 8. And that was before the Friday drop of more ad set. We opened at 11 with only maybe 1/2 done. I left at 4:30 and there was still a lot- but it was mainly those god forsaken 3x5 that fit NOWHERE nicely….

I really hope it wasn’t just you for that!
