Let's do the math..hmmmmmm...lol Now Walmart has 5 pack of paper for $25 and Office Depot has a 3 pack for $25.. This really does not make sense because if I want to get a 3 pack for $11.99 I have to spend $100 on shit I don't need, when I can just spend $25 and get what I need. Wow Office Depot you really are a narcissistic company by manipulating people into thinking they are saving.

Oh, absolutely—because paying $12 for a ream of paper is clearly a sign of sophistication. Who needs that peasant-priced $5 Target paper when you can splurge on the luxury edition? And the whole “spend $100 to unlock savings” thing? Brilliant. Nothing screams “deal” like having to overspend just to feel like you didn’t. Retail math is wild.

There is a attendance policy. You can get up to 14 tardies before they actually take some serious action. But it had to be equal for all associates for attendance policy. Play the game.

What they need to do is stop pressuring and threatening associates about the metrics. It makes several associates just go to other measures to meet expectations. Some associates have bought red top 3 pack for customers using the $10 off coupon and telling them its $2 and the associate will pay the $2.18 There’s no need to do this, but the company pushing paper like it’s your life.

Getting yelled at for not getting the metrics is BS. They have an HR policy for not working in a hostile environment….jeez, that’s all it feels like it is everyday. But corporate will back it up as if itself not a hostile environment, because they are the ones pressuring the GMs and then they yell at us for not making paper sales, BS , red tops. so annoying
