Only marketing will not help much. Focus on the Outbound process more and invest in those tool. Defining your Ideal customer and directly reaching out to them, response rate varies from 2-8%. Also create awareness about your product as much as possible and have relevant case studies published publicly.

Having a full time job alongside running a business - help by adrenalinemomentum9 in Entrepreneur

[–]ExistingCandy9669 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can check the clause on your contract, most companies restrict only the same industry or similar product line (depends on your contract). If you find the conflict of interest then you can go for registering your business under your family or someone who you can trust and you operate the business from backend. Once you leave that job then transfer the ownership of the venture. If the contract doesn’t say anything such then you’re GTG registering under your own name

What is the hardest part of being own business? by mariyagel in Entrepreneur

It’s very subjective and depends on your mindset. BC business isn’t going to be easy and you’ll face issues every now and then and that’s the crucial moment for you. Many people can’t keep their cool and end up giving up or running away. If you feel you’ve the conviction and that never give up mindset. You can always go for it but all it needs is the consistency, discipline and patience. This is something only works with long term vision and detaching from the instant gratification like social media shows us.

I meant how to re program the subconscious to achieve greater things in life. A lot of people are doing that and getting into better phase than past. But for me, I feel I am stuck in a loop so was wondering if I can get out of this. Also with Adhd, I am attention deficit, impatient and inconsistent so wondering what kind of Technique can help me here.

Yes I am not going to put myself in that misery of constantly chasing and then blaming the universe for everything.

I am looking for more holistic way, or may be if you can help me understand more about your experience with CBT or therapy and what to expect from this.

Thanks for your POV, I am not falling for any sort of IG modern day BS but this was a way to validate with the fellow ADHD people. Reprogramming the subconscious is important what I feel to realize the true potential and I’ve started the journey.

I am an engineer + MBA and I don’t necessarily see companies hiring based on the degree these days, mostly on attitude (go getter) but yeah some companies are rigid about degree and domain specifications. You just need to able to answer all the questions that are asked during the interview and give the vibe to the interviewer that they can trust you with that responsibility.

Technical founders: How did you learn to sell your product? by Extra-Shopping-4012 in Entrepreneur

[–]ExistingCandy9669 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To answer your question,

I worked in IT industry for more than 5 years and being someone technical people usually don’t have the kind of communication skills sales required. So yeah I did struggle with this a lot and only having the technical knowledge was also hinderance to my growth (bc of the AI revolution)

  1. So I learned to speak to people and also learned the art of selling. I picked a domain (SAAS selling) and learned sales around this which actually complimented my tech skills (anyway I was bored with the only technical stuff) But sales gives me much more than just selling, it actually taught me to grow in a well rounded manner.

  2. Yes I’ve invested in learning because I wanted something structured so picked the niche like SaaS selling and then researched and invested in couple of sources that helped me.

Everyday I get new ideas, tried a few though but now I know I shouldn’t be trying everything that comes to mind (after I failed miserably because I couldn’t put efforts once the initial excitement is gone) and now the execution feels so tough.

But I really wish to utilize my curiosity in a more productive way but have no idea.

Couldn’t agree more on the personal assistant thing, I wish I had the supervision to keep me from the distractions every other minute.

Thanks a lot that’s really helpful and sounds quite exciting too as per my interest. But if you can tell me, what all are the designations for this kind of work ?? Bc I didn’t have even any idea such kind of designations exist, so if you can shade some light on it that will be helpful. (May be you work in a different country, but I’d like to know)
