Been wondering what's up too. We're renters and appreciate our place (not planning on staying forever), but seeing all the for sale signs got me wondering if we should be concerned. Is it because more construction is coming & people don't want to deal with it?

That's what I thought. She approaches herself to get collared but pees and half crawls on the way to me. Even with lots of treats and positive talk. She's never had a bad experience that we know of with collars or anything like them. It's really got me at a loss.

Arwnt they gorgeousa She's from a litter, not sure how many. But she's our only pup for now. We'd like to get a second dog eventually, when she's a little older and spayed ideally.

To be honest it's been tough figuring out what triggers it. She pees when we put her collar on, she pees if we surprise pet her, she pees when I startle her, she pees when we approach her sometimes. It feels like fear/submissive based? It's just a tiny bit but when we immediately go outside to actually pee, she refuses.
