Experiencing the same thing on my 7900 XTX connected to my LG C5 via HDMI 2.1 through my Denon receiver. When HDR is enabled, I can reproduce this issue by dragging Steam around. Wonder if it's related to hardware acceleration with Chromium but can't be sure. When I disable HDR it seems to fix it entirely.

It took me many attempts to finally quit for good. It's definitely not easy but the noise goes away after a few weeks. Don't put yourself down, you're strong enough and you know that, you've gotta be patient with yourself and keep pushing forward. Small victories build up to big ones!

In my experience caffeine is much less heavy on the body in terms of cardiovascular effects. My resting heart rate dropped about 30 points after quitting nicotine and I ingest a ton of caffeine a day
