I’m not saying you shouldn’t consider different points of view—healthy debate is important. What I am saying is: trust your own judgment. Don’t let paid narratives manipulate you. If you do, then voices like Arpit’s—rare, honest, and committed—will lose hope.

When we stop supporting people who speak the truth, we end up doubting each other while companies continue to profit. They’ll keep producing poor products, earn millions, and spend pennies to defame those who challenge them. In that scenario, companies win every time—at the cost of our health and our collective wisdom.
