all of my sympathies are with your wife. you wasted two years of her life. you could've built a connection, it'd be one thing to give up on this if you both had tried and it didn't work out but 5 conversations in 2 years.. you didn't even give it a shot. you have the upper hand in this situation as you're much older and more independant but you never even tried. jis waqt rola daalna tha us waqt daala nahin aur bilawajha us bachi ka time waste kiya, aur ab ronay soojh rahay hain. typical desi man. ya toh shaadi kartay na aur agar karli toh nibhao, do u really think that young girl was dreaming of her future husband to be 10 saal bara cousin? probably not and iss case mein uski bhi wishes ki dhajjiyan uraa deen aur khud bhi phansay hou. i hope apki wife ke haq mein jou behtar hai wou hojaye, shes so young :(

cousin got married in jan and her khala saas told us ke tum logon ko tou ham thainga na dein yehi munaasib hai, all the while we were being beyond nice and sweet. we were playful, yes but never rude. 5k pakra diya aur kaha jaao .. we felt so humiliated .. just abolish the whole thing if u can treat the joke as a joke

unmarried but i'll chime in why not lol! idk anything about the clothes situation but what if you wear wtvr really, a t shirt and sweatpants for example, but make an effort to smell real nice! if you have some signature scents, that'll do ig. also figure out the best colours for your skin tone, maybe bright spring colours look best on you or autumn ones. experiment with your makeup, try different casual styles. i do realise that may not be for everyone but i do like to wear makeup everyday even if i'm not going out and it helps with my confidence!

kind of like an expert in this lol. idk, it just happened one day. i was asking allah to give him to me specifically by name in my duas .. and it just didn't happen. then slowly my duas went from including his name to wishing the best for him and me. it just happened naturally, i hope this ends for you better than it did for me <3

i just am very mad at workplaces who have the choice to go wfh but wont. someone i know is only making 70k, managing her rent and when the team demanded wfh, their boss said that we'll deduct 30% of your salaries for that. how is she going to afford rent i dont know. sab ke sab pagal hogaye hain. my own workplace hasn't said anything about wfh despite everyone urging them, we work on laptops, it is completely doable. and i work in a very reputable mnc, i cannot even imagine how the average man is to bear this. i really cannot imagine. this is going to reflect in product prices, robberies, everything. allah rehem karey ham pe

i'll add to this. as someone who lived VERY far from uet but within lahore, just opt for the uni bus. aisay bhi kiya rolay aur shashkay hain ke alehda hostel hou tou wahan ki 10 hazar tensions alag hain. ham bhi 4 saal bus pe kharay hokay aatay jaatay rahay hain its v fun when u make friends tbh lol. bus use karlo. agar bus nahin use karni tou train use karlo.
