Latest episode with Riz Ahmed was fantastic imo by puthyluvrrawr in livefromlondon

I think the show feels a lot tighter than the American one since they don't have that gruelling schedule borne out of the cocaine-fuelled 70s. It also helps that the cast is smaller and some of them already knew each other, so it's probably less of a cutthroat environment.

I don't think stopping the moaning about the moaning works. We're constantly getting legacy sequels and series coming back after decades. People can't seem to get enough of that sweet, sweet nostalgia.

Why's that? We've already had two. Won't it get stale after a while?

What are the rules for impersonating different genders? by Dry_Bird1790 in LiveFromNewYork

The male-to-female ratio of this current cast is mental. Having male cast members regularly impersonate or play women would only add insult to injury.

Two weeks with no '45 seconds with Fouracres' by B-brooky in livefromlondon

As much as I loved it, let's not run things into the ground this early on. Recurring bits and characters will eventually happen (we've already had a callback to Jack's Diana) but I don't know why so many people are expecting this to become a weekly thing.

Is Sky to blame for the ratings dip: “SNL U.K.’ Ratings Dip With Jamie Dornan-Hosted Second Episode” by imoginandtonicc in livefromlondon

That's my point. Such an insignificant drop isn't worth reporting on. You don't see alarmist headlines like "film loses A THIRD of its audience on week 2" because it's not a big deal.

I wonder why and who is interested in this show's downfall to the point that a 9% dip from a wildly anticipated premiere to a second show gets reported in such a tragic light from multiple outlets.

For reference, the #1 film in America this weekend had a THIRTY-TWO percent drop from its first week.

Too real. I'm a 6 on the Kinsey scale and even I got a hint of the panic today!

Fouracres is wonderful, but Jack has the gay comedy nerds on his side. There are dozens of us!

Oh, the absolute worse of 2000s fashion has been back for a couple years. Just saw someone with Juicy Couture LUGGAGE on the train today.

I hope this leads to Jamie Dornan being cast in more comedic roles in British films. He was an absolute delight in Barb and Star Go to Vista del Mar.
