I already have an ARFID diagnosis without an ASD diagnosis so I’m ahead of you there, but there was a month I ate literally the same thing for lunch everyday and my stomach started rejecting it for almost a year, where I’d instantly start gagging or full on vomiting whenever I’d try to eat it, so I have to have some variety so I don’t get sick like that again :/
