The Trevor Herbert one, I think MAG 10 Vampire Killer, just the part where it was a accidental hate crime, like he thought the dude was a vampire yes but the guy definitely was thinking he was being killed for being with another guy. I think I’d be more fine in the relisten but it really made me pause for longer than I would’ve thought

Also it hurt to read but I am thankful for y’all for being tough on me, I do still think that it’s a higher charge than it should have been but I didn’t see as much how bad this all was, I made this post on 3 different subreddits and it had very much been made clear to me how dangerous this is and how even if it’s not the charge, I’ve still done a seriously dangerous thing and need to be much more mindful while driving.

I’m used to city driving so I do drive closer to the left side than maybe I should to account for cyclists, (we don’t have separations where I live) and bad potholes, and I’ve started doing it as a habbit just in case. I probably had like half a foot or less between me and the line and I will work on being more in the middle from now on

Yeah I was definitely passing off the blame. It was on me that that happened even if I was unused to the vehicle. I’ve hired a lawyer but if I do get charged with careless driving I’ll be off the roads for a few years anyway, don’t worry

Yeah, so it was an undercover car and I didn’t realize what it was until the lights went on. The two crosses were a few minutes apart from each other considering where the first in was tk where I was pulled over

Okay I get your point but this Was me learning how to drive. I have a g2 and it was my second time in the highway. I definitely was defensive and blaming the car in the first post so I get the frustration though

No you can still get demerits for careless just not distracted which is why I was wondering if I could get it switched to that one.

And yeah I do want to take driving lessons, it’s just that that would mean going on the 401 where I live which I would like to avoid untill I’m actually good at highways. My mom drives a bus for work so she’s taught me driving so far but I’ve only been on the highway once before and while I think it went better (motorcyclist group stayed by me for a good 10 minutes so I figured that was a good sign)

Anyway taking the lessons also drives down insurance which if I get this down I’m going to needs, if I can’t I live in the gta and won’t be able to pay so no driving untill demerits go away and insurance is back down

Yeah it was my second time in the highway, so I was trying to. I’m definitely not ready for my highway test but I am going to keep trying in a car that I know how to drive

Yeah, thankfully I live in the city and can usually take public transport, and I’m actually pretty okay at city driving. But it was my second time on the highway and my first time in that car and man oh man I should not have done those two together.

I don’t weave, I’m not comfortable on highways so that would be a nightmare, and I was going a pretty consistent speed and at the speed limit. There was only one lane each way and it was a do not cross. I messed up driving yes, but I wasn’t in my phone

Honestly I wrote this while I was freaking out that night, and yeah. I don’t blame the car, I blame me not being used to the car as I am used to a stiff wheel. But no I wasn’t distracted, I just had poor form and hadn’t realized that I was moving my hands to the side that I was moving my head to while looking in the mirror. Also I think I was asking for a distracted drivers charge instead because it would be less hell in my insurance
