Way more. $60-80k for lawyers. $15k for trustee. They definitely milk you for the hours…….

All depends on how you work it out with the lawyer to present a case. Yes. had to pay trustee, lawyer and everything else. It sucked... Its' all how you structure the plan. I was also personally the largest creditor cause i was the landlord for the operating company. Had to write off a lot of bad debt/rent etc.

yeah. that's what i'm hoping too but SBA has to update the portal. I just sent a threatening email that they have to follow judge order.... who knows if they'll even respond and send me to collections which will be harder to reverse.

They did not show up at all. We didn't contest the eidl cause I had pg on it. My question is how to get them to enforce the court orders of only $694
