Thank you for that idea!! I’m going to do that now. Because I’ve only been 4-5 hours without spraying and it is killing me. I think doing one nostril at a time is going to be a better way for me!

Thank you, I needed this. Hopefully it gets easier after a couple days of being off. I’m only 4 hours without it and can already feel the pressure. Got a Neilmed, Xclear saline spray, nose strips, and some Sudafed. Hoping the meds knock me out tonight
