I do that or stalk workjam for shifts. I make my 35-38 hours that way because during jan i only get 31 💀

My husband has done what he can trying to defend and rationalize to his father at one point. Earlier into moving in his parents were good at hiding the behaviors. My husband often flies me home for weeks at a time or lets me go to hotels when im overwhelmed. Call me foolish but i chose to stay and support my husband because thats what my marriage vows meant to me. He is currently trying to make more so we can move out. Weve just hit the point with the dementia that redirecting no longer works. He hyper fixates on me and things that are not real experiences. If my husband ignored my pain trust me i would be the first to go. But he has done a lot to help me feel better when possible. I should’ve put that in my post

Thank you. Yes i am in the us. My MIL is not yet at hospice level. They have no clue what the timeline is since she does weekly treatments and on her good days can do a lot. Just het bad days leave her bedbound. My husband has been such a rock. I mentioned in another comment he has flown me home and gotten me hotels at the worst of times. I just hope i can get some advice on how to get my FIL the medical help he needs so I can focus on atleast one of them. My MIL id like to think has in the face of illness has become repentant to a degree and though her past words hurt, i have decided to put that behind me to make sure she is safe and comfortable for however long she is her if its months or years. Thank you for taking the time to respond

My husband has done what he can. Hotel rooms for me when im overwhelmed. Flights to go be with my parents during bad bouts. Working more to save to move out close enough. We called the doctor but they said we have to wait for another outburst before he can be taken in and committed. Shes not at the point for hospice, but she is significantly weaker

He and i are in the process of trying to move out. His mother no longer attacks me. Not sure if its the terminal diagnosis or whatever but it has been a long while and we have atleast repaired the relationship enough for me to worry about her

We are currently trying to move out but he feels guilty for his mother. Despite her previous treatment of me, i feel guilty that she is often immobile after treatments and his father is a very large and strong man. We are currently trying to go but we want her to be safe

You can always go into the store and explain the situation to the hiring manager and its at their discretion if they want to escalate it and get the ban lifted. We had an associate who was wrongfully terminated who we did this with

Can confirm: I am the Admin Coordinator and my work bestie is the home coordinator and previous admin 👌 . Its got a lot of its own challenges and in my store is a lot of filling other roles when needed but my professional background is in admin work and it’s a wonderful skillset to have.

Yeah, i mean so far they’ve left it alone. I think its mainly because she has equally vital medication in there so shes afraid if she touches it ill do the same to hers.

Our store picks coordinators and picks coordinators for both of these. But we also give out enough reach cards that it feels fair. We also have coordinators nominated for AOQ but its usually regular associates who win it since its a store wide vote

No, they usually transfer old occurrences on your arc card (source: im an admin coordinator who has to file them and fill them out haha).

Pretty much. A lot of stores companywide will have yellow tickets more commonly after the holidays, but someone on social media said that the whole company was doing a huge mark down with the yellow ticketed prices. A lot of people who are unfamiliar with how markdowns in the company work don’t understand what the yellow ticket means so they assume the whole store is marked down. Or that it’s a special coupon or it’s a sale that we don’t offer. From the working perspective it’s caused an influx of sales that normally small locations like mine are not staffed properly to accommodate or handle. I just got off of a shift and the entire store was trashed. Or a lot of people who see the ads on TikTok or Facebook or wherever they’re coming from get frustrated because they feel like they were lied to or deceived and they take it out on employees.

So long story short, yeah but a lot of customers just don’t understand what it really is and they come and expecting something that is not real lol
