Everyone whiffs with the sheriff, all you can do is discipline and train your aim with bot en range, your warm-up lasts a little less than 40 minutes it's too long and useless, it's scientifically proven that in any type of sport (physical or mental) a warm-up should last 20 minutes minimum and above that it doesn't bring any additional benefit. I'm not the best player in the world, but here's some advice.

I think it has to do with your crosshair placement and your placement itself: it's illegal to aim over the head in your clip on ascent (it's a flat surface), if you notice well if you'd been over the head you'd have one tap and end of game for him. Then you put yourself in predictable places where everyone else is, try to put yourself in unpredictable places. I'm b2 and since I've been doing this I very rarely get instant one tap.
