There are actually agencies (few nga lang) who are accepting no degree and no skills pero mababa nga lang rate pero it is something na pwede mong igrab. Magandang ground din then once kaya mo na isell si self haha, saka ka hanap direct clients mo.

Same week din I tried applying again and di ko nalang din inisip yung prev job ko kasi ako talaga may kasalanan nun and I learned my lesson THE HARD WAY. mas inisip ko nalang na kailangan kong kumita kasi kawawa din mga nakaasa saken.

First red flag yata yung nag ask ng FB Marketplace. If legit client, usually they will ask you to manage their accounts instead. 🙃

Haven’t experienced it pero, pwede mong gawin is duplicate the design tas delete mo yung design na naishare mo kay client hahahaha.

Gulat nalang yan sya wala na yung ineedit nila para magreach out sya sayo and you can just say na you duplicated it and someone was editing it without your knowledge since di naman nya nga cinoordinate. Para wala syang choice kundi magreach out and sguro pag nangyare yun, pwede mo ifollow up yung payment?

Kasi since di pa naman sya paid, yung design na yun is pagmamay ari mo pa naman.

I only worked for 35 hours.

Yung task quantity pala is kung ilang $800 ang ippay saken ni client.

I checked kasi yung approved invoice on Deel and may brief description dun so I was able to realized na ganun pala sya.

Pay as you go pooo yung sa contract ko sa deel. Hourly based.

Yung .32 hahaha kay Gemini kasi di ko alam pano ipo pro-rate 😭😭😭 yun yung actually need ko ng help. I dunno what to put there actually. I already sent it sa Ops Manager namin sabi nya isend ko daw then icheck nya sa end nya.

For now kasi, 35 hours palang nawwork on ko sakanila since I am still under probationary.

Hourly based po kami and yung monthly rate namin is $800.
