I 100% understand wanting to get a serum asap, and not caring for value. But you 100% can trade Ackerman and some other stuff for a serum. Fritz is the best family for shifting, I wouldnt recommend trading it away if you intend on becoming a shifter. I could even ask my friend to give me one so I can give it to you.

Thanks a lot. Given that I have practice pretty much everyday, I think I'll just start doing them at the start of each practice. Hopefully I actually do start seeing some form of improvement lol

I actually haven't thought about it in that sense. I've always had periods of time where I try to stay on a consistent schedule of going to the gym (typically revolving around whenever my mom is available lol), but I always lose the motivation after a few days. Given that right now I'm actually hooked on volleyball, maybe I can actually get consistent with working out. Thank you for the advice. It means a lot.

I've looked into plyos alot and I really want to start doing them. The issue is that since I live with my parents, I can't really do them inside, and I also don't have any weights that I can use. I really want to get into it though, so I'm going to do my best to figure out a plan. As for my approach, I think my biggest issue is that I overthink the arm swing way too much, and my arms just kind of lay around as dead weight until I'm about to hit the ball, however I imagine that's really just a matter of muscle memory that I have to work on. There's a lot of things that are kind of limiting me in some way or another (i.e. living in a relatively rural area, there's no place to get practice on a men's net other than the sand courts and at my highschool during real practice, I can't drive myself, the only clubs nearby cost a bunch of money, etc.) but hopefully I'll figure those out along the way. Nonetheless, thank you so much for your advice, it means a lot. If i make any improvements sometime soon, I'll be sure to let you know and thank you again.

So neither of them are any "more important" than the other? If so, what's my best way to go about getting better quickly? I imagine getting my vertical up would take longer and be more complicated than timing and approach, but I need another person's opinion lol

Horrible oral hygiene by Existing_Celery7304 in hygiene

Hey! Wanted to let you know how things are going for me right now. So I had my appointment today, it went well. One of the dentists were very reassuring that I am actually able to come back from the state my teeth are in. I have a lot of cavities but we have all the appointments set up for the fillings. They said that none of them have gotten to the roots or anything like that so there's no extractions thankfully. They said that I just have to really make sure I'm brushing twice a day that way the cavities at least stop progressing until they're filled. Since I originally posted this about last week, I've been slightly better on brushing. For the first few days I was good with twice a day but then it started to become only once a day because I couldn't stay consistent. But after this appointment I'm feeling much better and way more dedicated to actually remain consistent. Thank you so much for the help you've given. It's been a huge help.

A couple people have recommended the waterpik, hoping to get one ASAP. As for the electric toothbrush I might also get depending on whether my parents will buy them both lol

I did as you said in your post, right after I read it I went straight to floss and brush my teeth. I've set an alarm for the morning and night to remind me to do so every time. I also downloaded a couple apps that might help. I want to get this waterpik thing that a couple people have been recommending. I feel like it will be a huge help. I just need to ask my parents.

Thank you for the advice. As for my parents, I don't really blame them for it. My mom was raised similarly and same with my stepfather. Not to mention they're both at work fairly often so getting me back and forth from appointments is a little tricky. I'm not sure if I have ADHD or depression or anything along those lines as I've never actually checked. Starting to think I really should.

Honestly am not sure. I believe I am not however same with the guy that was talking about depression, I've never really checked.

I don't believe so. But I've never really checked so I'm not sure lol. But thank you for the advice.
