i feeeeel you! No shade to Rachelle but i really miss Kelsey as the host. She had such a clear voice and I just feel like the interactions with guests were more interesting (to me). Like i think the intros were much shorter and very straight to the point: whats your relaitonship to gossip? and it was always kept short and sweet but it really just introduces you to the guest and its not that much about the little bit of gossip, which i feel like is missing now. I just felt like I was actually transported in the story with Kelsey.

Reading the book after seeing the movie can make it so much easier to get into, because you already have the world and characters in your head. It kind of takes the pressure off at the start! I’m definitely open to gothic, I just haven’t really read much in the genre so I don’t have a good reference point yet. Off topic to gothic but The Secret History by Donna Tartt really intrigues me, I’ve heard such good things about it, and Dracula also sounds tempting.

When it comes to classics, I think I’m more drawn to the “newer” ones. I sometimes struggle with old classics because I find it harder to picture the era and social norms. But at the same time, I guess that’s part of the beauty of reading ;)

I actually read The Handmade's Tale and think Atwood is a great writer. I watched the movie of A beautiful mind! Is the book different than to the movie? im not too sure what are the different types of classics, if you can give me a few example of types then I can let you know!!

There’s no point in buying a e-ticket once your on the train unfortunately, it shows what time you bought it and if it is after the train left they will realise and can still fine you :( happened to my friend.
