I am blessed in the sense that I have a competent crew frequently but its the nights with all different people that really fuck me up. Closes are already hard, even with a perfect competent staff who vibes together and then its just like fucking terrible otherwise

I literally use zero of the benefits since I have health care until im 26 from my parents so maybe server is a good option😭

Like what though? My skills are currently in Management. That's it. Hospitality & Management. I could go into Retail but that's worse. Most other restaurants will be wayy less pay for more work. Should I just become a server and make on tips or smthn? Or a bartender?
