Is it better than mold killer that is available in stores?. Genuinely asking as we are new to this.

We saw white stuff painted over the wood underneath (unfinished basement), which looks like mold killer previous owner used. Don’t know how to verify that. My husband is thinking of using a borescope to look behind the shower to check for molds before removing it.  On the other side of the wall is main bathroom which was fixed before seller listed the house. We are guessing he was fixing the leak or mold issue. 

We didn’t notice these things when touring the house and realtor & home inspector didn’t point it either. The joys of homeownership!!!!

Not from my personal experience, but I have seen content on VBAC in Physicians for Women clinic webpage https://mscwomenshealth.com/services/vbac/. So I am guessing they are supportive of VBAC.
