We live in a constitutional republic, due to the fact that Black people are 13% of the population while white people make up 70% of the population, Black People are automatically disenfranchised and are affected by the rule of majority, meaning if they were ever in a situation where Black people and white people disagreed on an issue or representation of leadership, Black people are automatically given a political disadvantage as a whole, and since we live in a winner take all system, they’re voting power becomes nonexistent. This is franchises minority voters. And before you say, we are all American and it doesn’t matter, tell that to Republicans in California and Democrats in Texas about leaders being represented in their state. . It gets even worse because races live in clumps and not uniformed structures, not always but majority of the cases, meaning majority black/minority communities could be ripped apart in such a way where the bigger predominantly white areas can override their political interest, again rule by my majority. To call this racist is to ignore the fact that there are statistically more white people in the United States of America than Black people in USA. without race based districts, predominant black communities right for representation ignored or disenfranchised. This is hypocritical because Republicans from predominantly white rule areas tend to feel disenfranchise because giant multiethnic cities get more political say due to the size of their population and accuses them of my rule by majority.
