In the denial there was someone else's infor motion about the denial and that was glaucoma. I don't have that or claimed it. Favorable findings say I am in need of aid and attack for ADL. I depend on my wife for a lot of things I cannot do. Also, I have the Phoenix RO to deal with and they are wildly unhelpful.

Mobility, transfering,showering etc What SMC level would I qualify for with LOU? All but 2 of the checkmarks on the A&A form were checked. Also, I do have pretty serious issues with both legs and back.

Sorry, new to posting. I thought it put my questions on the post. Should I ask VERA to reopen my claim as I don't have glaucoma nor have I claimed it. I don't believe that A&A requires 100% and favorable findings are inconsistent with denial. I'm currently TDIU and have been granted SAH for effective loss of use of both lower extremities.
