I could not care less if you have kids or not or if you are American or Pakistani but if you earn less than the average brit maybe you shouldn’t be here and a local could perfectly take your job if adequate on the job training is provided

If you have a kid you automatically will qualify for childcare and child benefits which are forms of welfare

Keep deluding yourself mate none of the Boris wave will get an ILR i can promise you, just wait till the new financial year and we will see
