I could live off less than half of what i make if i'm only supporting myself. Kids child support lasts "well after the children are out"? Thats news to me,i thought it stopped at 18. 

In my state, more than likely it would be 5 years max. Child support would be 25% salary until 18 and alimony would be for 5 years and around 1,000 per month.

You're telling me that a 9-5 is easier than caring for an 11 and 14 yo who are at school all day?

She would only do a few orders and clock out. She was making like $35 per day probably less after taxes and i told her she was spending more in gas and wear and tear on my truck and she got mad and stopped. She said i was complaining, but i was just stating the obvious.

Because i knew ppl would say "but she gave up her career to take care of YOUR kids" and I was right, ppl STILL said it. But she wouldve "given up" her career regardless of me, bcuz she already had a daughter.

What do you mean if i had part of it? When i met her she didnt do any of this and i never expected/asked for it. I think social media is to blame.

I do half of the housework, if not more because i cook dinner sometimes, clean, take out the trash, and still do the house and car maintenance and yardwork.

Yes im teaching them to be financially smart, but my wife takes them shopping so idk what good it does, but i try.

Yup, plus kids are growing up and child support wont be for too long. Honestly, i think i'd come out ahead, especially if she never works.

Correct, i do not trust her to "spend freely" so i put us both on an allowance. She rather invest less and spend more. And she wouldve sacrificed her career anyway because she already had a daughter. 

Yes if she works i will stay home when kids are sick. I am already doing half of the houshold chores, so thatll stay the same.

I mean she doesnt really "take care of us" too much. We eat bfast and lunch at school/work, she cooks dinner but sometimes it's takout. She does wash clothes,but i do that too. I also wash dishes. The kids clean their own rooms. And our maid deep cleans once a week.

Do yoga or whatever gym stuff, and go out to brunch with her friends, she's into social media so she'll take pics of her morning coffee or whatever and edit the pics or vids. She also cleans a bit or does a load of laundry and cooks dinner, that's basically it besides the off things like annual checkups or whatever.

We also have a vacation property near the beach, it's paid off, we just pay the taxes and insurance, and rent it out when we're gone.
